This new product at the Ukrainian market of the construction technologies can substitute both for a team of bomb technicians and workers with mechanical picks, and also allows performing with surgical precision demolition of construction structures in the wide range of external conditions.

The heart of the machine, reliable and economical power plant, is equipped with the engine with intercooler and turbocharger, having one of the highest power output in its class and excellent fuel economy. The new advanced control system e-EPOS increases operational efficiency of the excavator and reduces fuel consumption. The weight of the machine, depending on the type of configuration, ranges from 34 to 50

tons, and the height of the three-section boom with the maximum extended lift can be adjusted up to 32 m. This allows dismantling the industrial structures and even 9-storey buildings. Hydraulic full-circle shears can be mounted at the end of the boom.       The shears are of high performance, easy to operate and maneuver. They can easily cut and crush the concrete, bricks and stone blocks, cut rebar and metal scrap, metal structures, and charge mixture. The hydraulic shears are usually equipped with the rotator which can rotate them to any angle. The metal jaws can easily destroy metal beams, rebar, reinforced concrete slabs.

Previously, in order to demolish a multi-storey building, one floor after another had to be destroyed. This created huge safety problems for the workers and required considerable time. Now only the operator in the new machine can be on the site. The designers have created a workplace that not only meets all sorts of ergonomic and security standards but also has highly effective interface between the man and the machine. The cab is protected due to the metal grate and equipped with the adjustable seat according to the operator’s weight, convenient and simple control panel, and the

air conditioner. A magnificent panorama view from the cabin tilted back by thirty degrees allows observing the work with maximum efficiency. Thus, the designers of the machine have considered all necessary accessories to ensure safe and effective operation.
