Doosan provided the Italians with equipment for elimination of consequences of the earthquake.

The Doosan Company whose subsidiary is the Bobcat Company donated to the authorities of the Italian city Aquila the construction equipment for elimination of consequences of the earthquake in the province of Abruzzo.
The cost of reconstruction works in Central Italy will, according to the preliminary calculation, amount to about 12 billion Euros.

The equipment, including mini-excavators, loaders, loaders with telescopic boom and appropriate equipment, was sent to Italy from several enterprises of the Doosan Bobcat Company in Europe.

This equipment will let the repair teams work in the narrow streets of the city, remove rubbish and clear logjams.
It will be recalled, that the Italian government has taken a series of measures aimed at elimination of consequences of the earthquake, including the change of tax legislation, which will allow active financing of construction projects. Also, the government has already allocated 8.5 billion Euros for the reconstruction and relies on financial support from the EU
