We would like to bring to your attention a series of photos that tell about the titanic struggle of the excavators with huge stumps.

The work task was to pull out three stumps on the site to be cleansed of trees. Initially, the excavator Case CX130B was planned for this work. However, it soon became clear that the force of this machine is not enough: the stumps were almost as big as the excavator itself.

Then, the “big guns” were used – the crawler excavator Doosan DX180LC weighting 17660 kg was called for help. The six-cylinder engine of this machine has the capacity 88 kW at 1950 rpm.

The experienced operator Alan Mauder has quickly done with the stumps and loaded them into the body of the dump truck.
